REQUIREMENTS & SKILLS:

  • Graduate with Diploma in Early Child Care Education / Nursery Teacher Training
  • Good analytical skills and ability to make recommendations based on information gathered and sound
judgment.

  • Ability to drive consensus decisionmaking, especially in conflicting situations
  • Extrovert, collaborator, resultoriented, mentor and leader focused on outcomes and ability to stand up to
committed deliverables

  • Demonstrated ability to work in a highgrowth and dynamic school environment.
  • Ability to deal with ambiguity, understand requirements and implement them at the school level
  • Strong written and verbal communication as well as presentation skills.
  • The ability to follow instructions but also come up with original ideas.
  • Proficiency in the usage of relevant IT tools/platforms
  • ZOHO, Scholaro
  • Proficiency in the usage of the Linkedin platform for driving recruitments
  • Experience in teaching specific grades is a must.
  • Knowledge of administration and management.
  • A high degree of professionalism.

Salary:
₹35, ₹42,000.00 per month
