As a Front Office Executive in HR & Admin department, play a crucial role in creating a positive first impression and ensuring the smooth operation in the office.
You will serve as the first point of contact on phone & for clients, visitors, and employees.Skills:

Experience / Segments:2 to 5 years of experience in front office preferred
Responsibility & Deliverables:

- Greeting and Welcoming visitors / guest.
- Answer and route incoming calls, take messages, and provide information to callers.
- Maintain a professional and courteous telephone manner.
- Schedule appointments, meetings, and reservations. Maintain and update appointment calendars.
- Direct inquiries to the appropriate department or employees.
- Manage conference room and meeting space reservations. Ensure rooms are set up and equipped as needed.
- Assist with administrative tasks
