Description

We are hiring Field Supervisor with hands of experience in team handling from FMCG Sales/Marketing background to join our team immediately at Smollan India Private Limited.


Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Activate all safety, business ethics, and commercial policies for his/her reportees.
  • Plans the work schedule of Promoters, Merchandisers & Loaders
  • Maintain Attendance records of Promoters, Merchandisers & Loaders on daily basis
  • Cascades monthly activities to ensure execution of the highest standards.
  • Activates all policies relating to employee recruitment, salary and benefits for the Promoters, merchandisers & loaders reporting to him/her.
  • Advise / instructs Promoters, Merchandisers & Loaders reporting to him/her.
  • Controls and assesses the promoters, Merchandisers & Loaders who work in his/her area
  • Recruitment & Selection of promoters, Merchandisers & Loaders
  • Tracks implementation (promos, new launches) to ensure compliance to set guidelines, takes prompt action to correct problems
  • Follows up with relevant stake holders to close gaps and ensure continuous improvement in for contacts vs. conversion.
  • Understand retail environment and builds that into counter sales & Store execution strategy
  • Understand the product range and ensures the appropriate sales approach is followed according to brad guidelines. Align team to drive off takes targets
  • Ensures team has right capabilities, skills, resources and information to deliver business objectives
  • Managers team performance and motivation. Ensures discipline in the workplace
  • Ensure HHT usage and accuracy of data captured.

Education:


  • Graduate

Experience:


  • 3+ Years in FMCG Sales/Marketing(mandatory)

Salary and Benefits:

  • Salary Upto Rs.23,000 PM + Incentives(Rs TA/DA
