- Market Insights: Stay abreast of industry trends and the competitive landscape to inform recruitment strategies and practices.
- Process Improvement: Continuously improve the recruitment process, implementing best practices to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 4-7 years of recruitment experience.
- Strong understanding of recruitment methodologies and candidate selection processes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with candidates and stakeholders at all levels.
- Proficiency in recruitment software and social media platforms for talent acquisition.
