Responsibilities and Duties

The Production Assistant will be responsible for the development and execution of new products, systems, processes and procedures that are designed to improve safety, quality, efficiency and productivity.

This role is a full-time position with an opportunity to work in specialized areas such as: manufacturing, logistics, materials science, engineering or other related fields.

You must have experience working on complex projects including but not limited to test design, prototyping, testing and evaluations.

Detailed job duties include:

Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of the product development life cycle, including design, development, testing, manufacturing, quality assurance, production marketing sales and customer support.
Develop new products to meet customer needs through technical analysis, research and/or demonstrations.
Provide engineering leadership for R&D projects in collaboration with other engineers on project teams.
Analyze data from various sources such as test results, specifications and market trends.
Work closely with internal stakeholders to develop solutions that improve performance or reduce costs.

Salary:
₹8, ₹20,000.00 per month
