    Position: Engineer - Plant and amp; Machinery and nbsp;

    About Role: -

    The role involves overseeing the continuous operation of machinery and equipment by ensuring prompt cover in case of breakdowns. Responsibilities include managing stock items issuance to technicians, coordinating with external vendors and contractors for construction and equipment needs, and maintaining comprehensive records for each machinery, covering aspects such as maintenance, service, greasing, cleaning, and warranties. The role emphasizes meeting Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) compliance requirements and analyzing breakdown and repair cost reports to identify cost-cutting opportunities. Efficient spare parts inventory management is crucial for uninterrupted functionality and minimal equipment downtime. Additionally, the position involves conducting training sessions for operators on preventive and predictive maintenance techniques, enhancing machine reliability, and reducing downtime. Ensuring compliance with relevant regulations for all company vehicles and construction equipment, such as those imposed by the Regional Transport Office (RTO) and other statutory bodies, is also a key aspect of the role.

    equipment in case of breakdowns.

    materials are requisitioned from and nbsp;store in the correct manner.

    repair and replace equipment and services.

    maintenance, service, Routing greasing, cleaning, warranties, etc.

    Candidate preference only from real estate or contracting industry
