Role:
Marketing Data Analytics
Role Definition:
Role will be to collect, analyse and interpret data to support and optimize marketing strategies. Utilize various data sources and tools to track campaign performance, customer behaviours and market trends. Generate reports. Translate data driven findings into actionable recommendations.
Role Deliverable:
Collecting, Cleaning, Maintaining, and analysing large datasets to extract meaningful insights, trends, and patterns.
Anticipate customer needs, preferences, and purchase intentions to proactively adjust marketing strategies and tactics.
- Forecast future trends, customer behaviour, and market dynamics using predictive analytics models.
- Anticipate customer needs, preferences, and purchase intentions to proactively adjust marketing strategies and tactics.
Tasks & activities:
Data collection and Analysis
- Gather data from various sources, including website analytics, CRM systems, social media platforms, Online portals, Events, and exhibitions.
- Maintaining data quality by cleaning, standardizing, and validating datasets to maintain accuracy and consistency.
- Analyse marketing data to identify trends, patterns, and insights.
- Use statistical and data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Python, Power BI etc.) to extract meaningful information.
- Ensuring data compliance with data protection regulations and implementing data handling processes and security measures.
- Safeguard customer data privacy and confidentiality while maximizing the value derived from marketing analytics.
Performance Management and reporting:
- Evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and initiatives.
- Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the impact on business goals.
- Create clear and concise reports and dashboards to communicate insights to marketing teams and stakeholders.
- Utilize data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) to present findings effectively.
Market Research:
- Analyse the collected data using appropriate statistical and analytical techniques. Identify patterns, trends, correlations, and insights that are relevant to organisations objectives.
- Draw conclusions based on the research findings and insights.
- Conduct market research to understand consumer behaviour and market trends.
- Collaborate with marketing teams, Sales Team, CNCC and product marketing, to align data insights with overall marketing strategies.
- Continuously monitor market dynamics, customer preferences, and competitive activities. Update market research initiatives as and when needed to stay informed and agile in response to changing conditions.
Salary:
₹300, ₹500,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
Experience:
