    Description
    Role : IT sales consultant.
    Experience: 1 to 2 years
    Skills: IT sales, Mock calls

    Roles & Responsibilities:
    • Requirements gathering from international customers over phone
    • Devising effective business and technical solutions to the requirements
    • Closely working with internal teams to prepare the proposal
    • Gradually setting up a team and manage the sales/business analysis process
    The Ideal candidate:
    • Be a BE graduate with IT or computer science background
    • Have minimum 1 or 2 years of experience in sales/business analysis in a software services company
    • Possess strong communication skills (both written and verbal) with business-related knowledge
    • Possess the ability to understand international customer needs over the phone and interpret to get output.
    • Experience in iterative development methodologies like Agile
    • Have knowledge of the sales process and marketing dynamics
    • Be proficient in using Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
    • Proven analytical skills and strategic thinking
    • Have a high level of passion to succeed and a strong level of self-motivation
    • Added advantage for 6 months to one year of experience in development (coding) using any tech stack
