Your Role and Responsibilities
- Identifying and selecting the automation test cases.
- Creating an automation test plan and getting approval.
- Configuring Selenium Test Environment (STE) to set it up.
- Participating in Selenium Environment Setup with an Integrated Development Environment (IDE).
- Automating the design of a framework.
- Implementing it as per the structure of the project.
- Creating, enhancing, debugging, and running the test cases.
- Collating and monitoring the defect management process.
- Managing the changes and executing regression tests.
- Coming up with exact solutions for problems related to object identity and error handling.
- Interacting with customers/clients to solve the various issues they face and updating on the situation.
Required Technical and Professional Expertise
- Must possess University degree in IT or related fields with 4+ years of experience in IT Industry.
- Should have minimum 4+ Years of experience in Testing industry with hands on experience.
- Hands on experience on Functional Test automation using Selenium and/or Playwright.
- Must have Strong Knowledge & previous experience in writing code using any programming language.
- Strong knowledge on Testing Concepts & experience in Functional Testing.
- Possess very good knowledge of JIRA, Confluence and GitHub.
- Strong communication skills
- Hands on experience in developing the automation framework.
Preferred Technical and Professional Experience
- Good to have worked with Test Complete tool.
- Good to have Auto finance domain Knowledge.
- Ability to work in a team.
- Desire to constantly learn new things and improve skills.
- Ability to resolve conflict.
- Strong leadership qualities.
