RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Sales terms and conditions:
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company goals.

Identify new business opportunities and expand markets.

  • Customer Acquisition:
Anticipate and acquire new customers through a variety of methods, including cold calling, networking, and relationship building.

Demonstrate presentations and products to demonstrate the value proposition.

  • Relationship Information:
Develop strong relationships and cultivate them with existing customers.

Act as the primary point of contact and address customer needs and concerns.

  • Increase in revenue:
To meet and exceed sales targets by actively promoting the products or services.

Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities among existing customers.

  • Market Analysis:
Conduct market research to identify industry trends, competitors and potential opportunities.

Provide information on market conditions to the executive team.

  • Discussion:
Partner with the marketing team to create effective promotions and campaigns.

Work closely with other departments to ensure smooth delivery of products or services.

  • Reporting and Analysis:
Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts.

Analyze sales data to identify trends, challenges and opportunities for growth.

  • Customer Feedback:
Collect and analyze customer feedback to improve products or services.

Leverage customer insights to drive improvements in sales and service processes.


QUALIFICATION:
Having a Bachelor's degree in any relevant stream.

  • Having a B2B sales experience
  • Sales of big tickets size, such as Capital items, machinery etc.
  • Experience in direct and indirect (dealer) sales
- knowledge of fitness industry and products

  • Have aptitude for understanding technology especially mechanical products
  • Should have ideally 35 years of experience
  • Should have field orientation and readiness for travel
  • Job role involves supporting dealer networks, ensuring customer satisfaction with existing customers and prospecting for new customers.
  • Should have a good track record in meeting sales target.

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Pay:
₹30, ₹35,000.00 per month
