• Answer questionsposted in PeopleTools forums by PT SupportPersonnel
• Design develop and unit test projectinitiatives for PS HR/Benefitsapplication
• Manage IT Service Desk queue as itpertains to HR Business Systems group
• Partnerwith HRIS Benefits and Payroll groups to maintain normalfunctionality of PeopleSoft HR
• Documentbusiness processes develop functional and technical specificationsin support of software initiatives
• Providedaytoday Application Support for PeopleSoftHRNet
• Troubleshoot issues both technical andfunctional as they arise
