Job Description - Jr. Merchandiser

Assist in Merchandise Planning:
Collaborate with senior merchandisers to develop seasonal merchandise plans aligned with company objectives and sales targets. Assist in assortment planning, product selection, and inventory allocation.

Market Analysis:
Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and consumer preferences.

Inventory Management:
End to end inventory management processes including inventory replenishment, allocation, and stock balancing. Monitor inventory levels, identify slow-moving items etc.

Product Presentation:
Co-ordinating with the VM team to ensure the effective presentation of products on our website. Coordinate product photography, descriptions, and other visual assets to enhance product visibility and appeal.

Generate reports and provide insights to inform merchandising decisions and drive sales growth.
Co-ordination : Build and maintain relationships with designers and brand partners. Coordinate with vendors on product launches, exclusives, and special collaborations.

Job Specification

Bachelor's degree in Fashion or related field.
Previous experience in merchandising, retail buying, or related roles, preferably within the luxury fashion industry.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with crossfunctional teams.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.
Detailoriented with a passion for fashion and a keen eye for trends.
Ability to thrive in a fastpaced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
