Customer Support Executive
Location:
Gurugram, Haryana 122016
Salary: 29000 CTC
Shift: 24/7, Majority Night Shift as per US hours / 5 Days working
Responsibilities:
- Handling customer queries regarding the electric vehicle process for the US market.
- Providing excellent customer support through verbal and written communication in B2 or C1 US English.
- Typing speed of 35 WPM with 90% accuracy.
- Ensuring customer satisfaction by resolving issues promptly and professionally.
- Utilizing experience in BPO, particularly in an international process, to effectively address customer needs.
Qualifications:
- Graduation degree.
- Experience in BPO preferred, particularly in an international process. However, freshers with a strong skillset are also encouraged to apply.
Pay:
₹24, ₹29,000.00 per month
