Guest Relation Executive, at Truefitt & Hill Gachibowli. We serve to the top % of clients who run our economy. We are looking for a polished GRE who is looking for an opportunity to grow in service industry. There is also scope for promotion if you out perform.

He/she should supervise the team, HK, & Valet driver duties.

- whether the towels are rolled.

Its mandatory for the manager to check the cleanliness of the common area ,Royal suite and VIP rooms & Washrooms.
Its mandatory to be a part of every client consultation
You should be well groomed and also supervise the grooming of the staff
He/she should tally business cash three times in a day
Managers should be vigilant when it comes to maintenance issues as there is a possibility of it hampering the business
You should stand on the floor when the services are going on. This is to check if the service sop's are followed by the team.
Managers should make sure that the beverages (that are served to the client) aren't delayed and cookies served to every guest
He/she has to take feedback and click a picture of every client
He/she must carry out another duties related to the smooth operations of the store and company.

General Responsibilities

Projects a polished, professional image at all times
Must be current on Company product pricing and product offering
Has a thorough knowledge of, adheres to and enforces Company policies and procedures.
Maintains a positive relationship with the rest of the staff. Supports other staff in achieving their goals
Participates in all scheduled meetings as directed by the other departments.
