House Acquisition Manager Role Brief:

  • Coordinate with Area Partners (Brokers) to attain new houses from the area designated to them. 2. Follow independent owner deals and close them.
  • Verification of location and house before onboarding the property. 4. Pitch about company's policies and pitch owners. 5. Collection of details for Agreement Generation between Owners and Nestaway.

Area Manager Role Brief:

  • Business Acquisition
  • Residential Properties
  • Acquiring Tenants for the Properties
  • Ensuring Smooth Move-In & Move-Out of The Tenants
  • Generating Offline Leads through Market Sources
  • Resolving Tenant Queries
  • Property Inspections

Job Types:
Full-time, Regular / Permanent


Salary:
₹35, ₹40,000.00 per month
