    Description

    We are seeking a skilled Windows & Azure Virtual Desktop professional to join our team. The ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of experience in the IT Services industry and a solid understanding of Azure Storage Containers, VNET, Subnets NSGs, and Storage Explorer. An ITIL V3 or V4 Foundation Certification is desirable.

    Responsibilities:



    • Provide end-user support for AVD environment

    • Manage local roles, groups, and rights assignment on WVD session host

    • Configure and troubleshoot client configuration

    • Manage browsers and internet access for WVD users

    • Troubleshoot application-related issues in WVD

    • Manage session host image, image update, and management

    • Manage Shared Image Gallery

    • Troubleshoot OS-related issues in WVD

    • Work in a ticketing system with incident/change/problem management

    • Implement best practices on AVD with Microsoft Windows 10/11 Multisession OS and FSLogix for best performance and reliability

    • Analyze, troubleshoot, and fix complex issues in mixed enterprise environments for end customers

    • Troubleshoot FSLogix User Profile Issues/Isolating Applications failures and Review the Event Logs for Errors and troubleshoot accordingly

    • Resolve end-user tickets and provide RCA, whenever required

    • Provide technical support which mainly includes working on break fixes, production down, helping customers to implement, deploy and upgrade their environments

    • Handle Application/VDI issues published from AVD and troubleshoot user-end issues

    • Act as a subject matter expert in implementing advanced security measures for Azure Virtual Desktop, addressing compliance requirements and industry standards

    • Hands-on experience on ITIL process Changes, Incidents and requests using Service now

    • Must have an understanding of DevOps workflows to auto-scale AVD solution as per monitoring metrics and end-to-end golden image management

    • Manage GPO and local policies on session hosts

    • Manage session host settings, custom settings, RDP properties, and user profile issues

    Requirements


    • 2+ years of experience in the IT Services industry

    • Strong understanding of Azure Storage Containers, VNET, Subnets NSGs, and Storage Explorer

    • ITIL V3 or V4 Foundation Certification preferred

    • Good knowledge of Conditional access policy, MFA, Security settings, Microsoft defender AV for session hos
