    Description

    About the job :

    Senior Database Administrator are responsible for delivering high quality modern data solutions through collaboration with our team and our customers.

    Requirements :

    • Hands-on experience working at a high level in Architecture or Data Science or combination and Data modelling.
    • Azure skills highly preferred, including provisioning, Configuring, and Developing solutions in ADL, ADF, ADW etc.
    • In-depth understanding of database structure principles.
    • Distributed Data Processing of big data batch or streaming pipelines.
    • Construction of data science and machine learning research and production pipelines.
    • Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau etc.) Data Modelling & strong analytics skills in Analytics.
    • Relevant 5+ years on SQL server.
    Desired Skills and Experience:
    • DBA, Microsoft SQL Server, Microsoft Azure, Architecture, Data Modeling, Data Science

    Responsibilities :

    • Design, install, configure, and maintain database systems Monitor database performance and identify areas for improvement (tuning) .
    • Implement and manage database security measures to protect sensitive information
    • Create and manage user accounts and access permissions
    • Perform regular backups and disaster recovery drills to ensure data availability in case of outages Troubleshoot and resolve database errors Work with developers and other IT staff to ensure database functionality aligns with business needs .
    • Automate routine database tasks to improve efficiency Stay up-to-date on emerging database technologies and best practices
