Description

Responsibilities:


  • Work with the UKbased client (Property Management) Accounts & Lettings department.
  • Work with the UKbased Ecommerce client (Back office Support).
  • T ake Tenant and Landlord details and record the same in CRM.
  • Deal with rental residential / HMO properties inquiries
  • Handle basic accounting entries and generate statements for the UKbased property management client.
  • Liaise with landlords and Tenants to keep records upto date.
  • Perform errorfree data entry work for the UKbased Ecommerce client.
  • Coordinate with senior staff and Team Leader on the floor to support both the projects.
  • He/she may work as buffer staff on the project for the first few months to train him/ her for 360degree for both the processes across the project and then will be placed on the vacancy on the project. He / She should be ready to work dynamically.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in any field or Fresher can apply.

1+ years of experience in customer service or a related field is Plus point.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Strong organizational and time management skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.


Salary:
₹18, ₹25,000.00 per month
