    Job Summary :


    The Dynamics 365 Commerce Technical Consultant will collaborate with clients to understand their business processes and requirements and translate them into technical solutions using the Microsoft Dynamics 365 Commerce platform.

    This role involves configuration, customization, integration, and ongoing support to ensure successful implementation and client satisfaction.


    Responsibilities :

    • Work closely with clients and stakeholders to gather and analyse business requirements, process workflows, and technical specifications.
    • Design and architect technical solutions using Dynamics 365 Commerce, ensuring they align with best practices and meet client needs.
    • Configure the Dynamics 365 Commerce system based on business requirements, including customizing forms, workflows, business rules, and reports.
    • Integrate Dynamics 365 Commerce with other systems and thirdparty applications as needed, ensuring data consistency and smooth information flow.
    • Plan and execute data migration activities, including data cleansing, transformation, and import to ensure data accuracy and integrity within the Commerce system.
    • Develop and execute test plans to ensure that the Dynamics 365 Commerce solution functions correctly and meets quality standards.
    • Offer ongoing technical support, troubleshoot issues, and provide timely resolutions to ensure system uptime and client satisfaction.
    • Stay current with Dynamics 365 Commerce updates, patches, and new features, and implement system upgrades and enhancements as needed.
    • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams, including business analysts, project managers, and developers, to deliver successful project outcomes.

    Qualifications :

    • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field with minimum 3 years of experience in D365 Retail/Commerce.
    • Certification in Dynamics 365 Commerce or relevant Microsoft certifications is a plus.
    Proven experience as a technical consultant or developer with a focus on Dynamics 365 Commerce.

    • Strong understanding of ecommerce, retail, and supply chain processes.
    • Proficiency in programming languages, such as C#, JavaScript, and familiarity with Power Platform.
    • Modifying the POS application to accommodate specific retail processes and workflows.
    • Defining new data structures within the system to store retailrelated information.
    • Automating and streamlining retail operations.
    • Knowledge of integrating hardware peripherals with the POS system, such as barcode scanners, receipt printers, and payment terminals.
    • Ability to integrate Dynamics 365 Retail with other systems, services, and APIs, including payment gateways, ecommerce platforms, and backend inventory management systems.
    • Excellent problemsolving and communication skills.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
