    ProductDesigner

    Overview:As a Product Designer you will play a crucial role in the creationand improvement of our products ensuring they deliver exceptionaluser experiences. In this role you will collaborate withcrossfunctional teams to translate user needs and business goalsinto innovative intuitivedesigns.KeyResponsibilities:
    • Conductuser research to understand user needs behaviors andmotivations.
    • Create wireframes prototypes andmockups to effectively communicate designideas.
    • Collaborate with product managers andengineers to ensure design feasibility and deliver outstanding userexperiences.
    • Iterate on designs based on userfeedback data analysis and usabilitytesting.
    • Develop and maintain design systemsstyle guides and UI kits to uphold designconsistency.
    • Advocate for usercentered designprinciples and best practices within theorganization.
    • Stay updated on design trendsindustry standards and emergingtechnologies.
    • Present and defend designconcepts to crossfunctional teams andstakeholders.
    • Collaborate with the marketingteam to ensure brand consistency across alltouchpoints.
    • Support and contribute to thecontinuous improvement of design processes andmethodologies.
    RequiredQualifications:
    • Bachelorsdegree in Graphic Design Industrial Design HumanComputerInteraction or a related field.
    • Provenexperience as a Product Designer or similar role with a strongportfolio showcasing successful productdesigns.
    • Expertise in using design tools suchas Sketch Adobe XD Figma or similarsoftware.
    • Demonstrated understanding of UX/UIdesign principles and best practices.
    • Abilityto conduct user research create user personas and develop userjourney maps.
    • Proficiency in prototyping toolslike InVision Axure or
    • Strongknowledge of HTML CSS and JavaScript for frontend designimplementation.
    • Excellent communication andpresentation skills with the ability to articulate design conceptsand rationale.
    • Experience working in agileenvironments and collaborating with product management andengineering teams.
    • Strong attention to detailanalytical thinking and problemsolvingskills.
    • Ability to work independently andmanage multiple projectssimultaneously.
    • Understanding of accessibilitystandards and designing for diverse userneeds.
    • Experience with A/B testing anddatadriven design decisions.
    • Uptodate knowledgeof design trends techniques andtools.
