    Description

    About the internship:

    Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

    1. Maintaining the work structure by updating job requirements and job descriptions for all positions.

    2. Supporting departments in developing and delivering strategic HR plans that fit with the overall business direction

    3. Maintaining management guidelines by preparing, updating, and recommending human-resources policies and procedures

    Requirements:

    1. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS)

    2. Capable of compiling and analyzing employment data to guide strategic planning
