Accounts Executive

Experience: 3-5 Years


Job Location:
Vulcan ceramics, 2nd floor, Plot No 2, Lane-1, Westend Marg, Near Saket Metro station, Saidulajab, New Delhi

Salary offered: 20~25K per month

Roles & Responsibility - Maintain all records like Vouchers, Receipts, Bills, and Payments. - Bank Reconciliation, Payment Collection. - Monthly GST Working. - Payment follows up by telephone & mailing - Handling petty Cash Records. - Send Quotation and Purchase Order by Busy software as per order.

- Maintain Sales Purchase Registers & Keep in Software properly - Banking works like a Cheques issue for clearing Cash Deposit, NEFT, and RTGS - Handling Day-to-Day Accounting - Finalization of Accounts, Statement of Accounts, Debtors Controls Accounts, Buffer Accounts, Balance sheet Statement, Consumption Charts, Trails Balance, work, Scrutiny of Desperation, Fixed Assets.

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree 3-5 years of business experience

  • Knowledge of Tally ERP is must
  • Accounting/finance knowledge

Salary:
₹20, ₹25,000.00 per month
