- Learn, manage and prioritize multiple searches for hiring projects.
- Research and learn various domain and industry trends and understand the manpower requirements.
- Work on cold calling candidates, to meet the hiring requirements
- Handle volume and quality recruiting in a fast-paced and structured environment adhering to the strict deadlines.
- Perform search, screen, shortlist candidates as per business requirements.
- Conduct telephonic or video interview of candidate sourced by the trainee
- Work on calling and emailing the candidate and following up till onboarding.

- Selected applicants will be offered a conditional offer letter, subject to completion of 10 days of online training by company, Trainees need to complete the assignments during the training.

- Performance evaluation during two months on the Job training to be absorbed as full time employee.

- Based on performance during the On the Job training, the applicant will be Joining as HR Recruiter Trainee and will be provided with a job offer as HR Recruiter. The trainee can fixed salary of Rs. 1.80 to Rs. 4.8 Lac per annum Plus performance linked Incentives.
- Trainees will be provided with Training completion certificate after completing minimum 90 days.
