    • Building a new age Holistic Ayurvedic Wellness organization.
    • We are a startup within the RPSG ecosystem aiming to become a global player in the modern Ayurvedic wellness space. We have already gained significant experience in this domain with our Ayurveda brand called Dr Vaidya's. Our immediate objective for the next 1215 months is to launch multiple wellness products across India, US, and Europe. After that, we plan to blitzscale and become aggressive in our growth journey, aiming for a revenue of 1000+ Cr ARR within 34 years of launch.
    • To achieve our ambitious goals, we are looking for a selfstarter and hustler who isn't afraid to get their hands dirty and get into execution. We need someone who can take ownership of this function from day one and become one of the leaders of our growth journey. The ideal candidate should also be able to build and lead large yet agile teams on this mission.
    • Our objectives are to build the largest global D2C brand out of India, positively impact the lives of people dealing with chronic conditions or on a wellness journey and do so with holistic natural solutions using clinically proven ingredients from Ayurveda, as well as Chinese and herbal sources.

    Role and Responsibilities :

    Revenue Strategy :

    • Develop and execute a comprehensive revenue strategy aligned with the company's overall goals and objectives.
    • Identify new revenue streams and market opportunities to maximize growth potential in the US market.
    • Analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitive landscape to inform revenue strategies.

    Sales Leadership :

    • Lead and mentor the sales team to achieve sales targets and objectives.
    • Establish and implement sales processes, methodologies, and best practices.

    Business Development :

    • Build and nurture strategic partnerships with key stakeholders, distributors, and retailers to expand market reach.
    • Evaluate and pursue new business opportunities, collaborations, and alliances to enhance revenue generation.

    Marketing Collaboration :

    • Collaborate with the marketing team to align revenue goals with marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
    • Provide insights into customer preferences and market demands to guide product development and marketing strategies.

    Customer Experience :

    • Champion a customer centric approach to ensure an exceptional end to end customer experience.
    • Gather & analyse customer feedback to continuously improve products & services.

    Financial Management :

    • Monitor and analyze key performance metrics, providing regular reports and insights to stakeholders.
    • Use datadriven insights to make recommendations for optimizing brand strategies.

    Reporting & Communication :

    • Provide regular reports to the executive team on revenue performance, market trends, and strategic initiatives.
    • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure alignment on revenuerelated goals.

    Experience & Qualifications :
    years of experience in sales & revenue management

    • MBA preferred from good Institutes
    • Should have experience in D2C Industry and online channels for revenue growth in US Market.
    • Strong understanding of the US Market, consumer behaviour & Industry trends
    • Should have experience in product launch via offline channels such as Costco, Walmart Walgreens etc.
    • Proven track record of success in revenue leadership roles within the Ayurveda, wellness, or related industries. Strategic thinker with the ability to translate strategies into actionable plans.
