I. Job Description


Network through industry contacts, association memberships and employees for top talent

  • Develop and foster relationships with Tech schools

- Develop and execute a recruiting plan for open positions

  • Manage and onboard manpower based on the requirements

- Utilize advertising methods for openings as appropriate

- Track and report accurate key metrics and communicate internally as appropriate

  • Assist with the plan and implementation to centralize field recruiting

- Travel to assigned locations to build relationships with the leadership teams

  • Partner and collaborate with hiring managers to clearly define position needs, requirements, preferences, and evaluation criteria

- Strengthen relationship with Community, Networking, utilize free government recruiting

Job Types:
