We are seeking a creative and motivated Visual Design Intern to join our team.

As a Visual Design Intern at Flagright, you will have the opportunity to work closely with our marketing and design team to create compelling and visually appealing graphics, layouts, and digital assets that align with our brand identity and messaging.

This is a hands-on role where you will contribute to various projects and gain valuable experience in a professional design environment.

This is a remote position, so you will need to be self-motivated and able to work independently with mínimal supervision.

Your responsibilities will include:

Create visually striking graphics for digital and print media, including social media posts, website banners, promotional materials, presentations, and more.
Support the maintenance and development of our brand identity by ensuring consistency across all visual materials.
Produce engaging visuals for web content, such as icons, illustrations, infographics, multimedia and other digital assets.
Assist in editing and retouching product photos and images for marketing and promotional use.
Work closely with crossfunctional teams, including marketing, content, and development, to understand design requirements and contribute to creative solutions.
Stay updated on design trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to bring fresh and creative ideas to the team.

Your Profile

Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
Proficiency in marketing design software such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Aftereffects etc.).
Strong eye for aesthetics, layout, and attention to detail.
Basic understanding of design principles, typography, and color theory.
Solid communication skills and ability to work effectively in a cross collaborative team environment.
Selfmotivated with a willingness to learn and adapt to new design trends and tools.
Portfolio showcasing relevant design work (can be student projects or personal work) is a must.
Prior knowledge or work experience on a FinTech or technical SaaS product is a plus.
Proficiency in creating stunning multimedia and custom illustrations for our website would be a bonus.
Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
You enjoy working independently, think like an entrepreneur, and are eager to make fast decisions under constant ambiguity.
You like to get results fast and hold others and yourself accountable for hitting timelines.
