Requirement:


1. Inbound Executive for a leading Bank.

2. Face 2 Face Interview.

3. Location - Thane ( Maharastra) ( people in thane who can go for F2F interview only apply.

4. Qualification - Any Graduate/ Awaiting results

5. Age Limit - Max 30 years, above 30 kindly do not apply

6. Good communication skills ( Excellent in English)

7. Experience - Any calling/ Tele calling experience would do.( inbound/ out bound ) anything is

8. 3 rounds of interview.

a. Written test ( Very basic could be cleared by an average person also)

b. Business round

c. HR round.

9. Salary - Upto 4.5 Lakhs + Incentives ( upto 50% of the salary)

Females only day shift, males rotational shift (any 9 hrs out of 24 hrs)

People working for night shift would be getting transport allowance 300/ day + night shift

allowance. ( Day shift no transport allowance.)
**10. Notice Period

  • Immediate joinee to max notice 15 days, above 15 days do not apply.**
    All the rounds will happen in the same day, and you would get to know whether you are selected or rejected on the same day itself.

Job Role

  • To Attend the inbound calls of customers in both Retail Liabilities & Credit Cards and process the queries & requests to customer's satisfaction
  • To identify and convert the opportunities for cross selling (banking product) on customer's call
  • Responsible for quality communication and customer servicing within laid down productivity and service benchmarks.
  • Ensure customer delight and consistent service experience, including timely resolution of customer queries/issues.
  • Complete the logs specified by the process (Endofday target)
  • Adherence to Information Security norms & quality process norms.
  • To be aware of and comply with any updates about the process
  • Act on the feedback given by Team Leader/Team Coach or Quality or on the coaching provided to the team as guidelines for improving performance
  • Graduate
  • Preferably 12 years with 6 months which should to be in customer service role
  • Understanding of call center industry an advantage
  • Excellent communication skills Verbal & Written
  • Flexible to work 24/7 (
For Females: 7AM till 8PM) including Sunday/holidays

  • Flexible to get scattered 8 Week Offs in a month with 9hours shift
  • Good listening skills and strong communication abilities.
  • Be Confident and willing to learn with a flair for knowledge. Possess an upbeat, positive cando attitude & works with integrity
  • Team Player, collaborative Selfmotivated person including the ability to act as a role model within the organization. Should be able to establish rapport quickly with peers, managers & customers

Job Type:

₹25, ₹35,000.00 per month
