    Description
    Were looking for aCreative Marketing Events Coordinator to join our team. This roleinvolves organizing and executing creative marketing events whilesupporting various marketing projects. Ideal candidates should beorganized communicative and creative. Responsibilities includeevent logistics budget management content development and teamcollaboration. This is an excellent opportunity to contribute toour marketing initiatives and gain valuable event coordination& content creationexperience.

    Responsibilities:

    • Planorganize and execute endtoend logistics for creative marketingevents including supersessions andworkshops.
    • Coordinatewith internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure seamlesseventexecution.
    • Assistin developing event content agendas and marketingmaterials.
    • Managingmarketing leads coming from creative marketingsources.
    • Manageevent budgets and expenses ensuring compliance with financialguidelines.
    • Collaboratewith the creative team to brainstorm ideas and contribute tomarketingcampaigns.
    • Assistin content creation social media management and other marketingactivities asneeded.

    Requirements:

    • Bachelorsdegree in Marketing Communications Business or a relatedfield.
    • Excellentorganizational and multitasking abilities with a keen attention todetail.
    • Strongcommunication and interpersonal skills with the ability tocollaborate effectively with diverseteams.
    • Proficiencyin Gsuite and familiarity with project managementtools.
    • Creativemindset and a passion for marketing andevents.
    • Abilityto work independently prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in afastpacedenvironment.
    • Flexibilityto adapt to changing priorities andrequirements.
    • Previousexperience in content creation social media management or graphicdesign is aplus.


    Requirements: Strong proficiency in Adobe Illustrator & otherdesign schools. Solid understanding of design principles, includinglayout, colour theory, typography, and composition. Excellentcommunication and teamwork skills. Ability to work on multipleprojects simultaneously, meet deadlines, and adapt to changingpriorities. Strong attention to detail and ability to work withprecision. Portfolio of previous design work demonstratingcreativity and technical skills.
