    Process Engineer Sustaining 4

    Duties Of Position :

    1. Lead and guide a team of technicians, Sr Technicians and AEs for the below.

    2. Product yield improvement and Scrap reduction.

    3. Engineering Reports preparation

    4. Indirect materials selection and qualifications

    5. New Technology study and implementation at site.

    6. Downtime reduction.

    7. Poka yoke study and implementations

    8. Co-ordinate with CFT for Process yield improvement.

    9. CAPA need to be provided for Process related issues.

    10. SMT Printing Process and reflow Profile validation.

    11. Work Instruction Preparation for Products.

    12. Productivity improvement.

    13. Active participation in EHS related activities like Identification of aspects and Impacts, HIRA, Emergency preparedness , continuous improvements etc and enable to report about hazardous situations to respective supervisor / department managers as required. Skills : 1. Hard Working and Flexible. 2. Knowledge in GC Prevue. 3. Having good analysis skill for solving the problem. 4. Knowledge of 8D, 4M, CAPA, Six Sigma problem Solving methodology.

    Qualification Required :

    1. Diploma in EEE/ECE/E & I/Mech with more than 10 years experience (or) 2. B. E in EEE/ECR/E&I/Mech with 7 years and above experience
