Roles and Responsibilities:


Machine Operator:


  • Operate the CNC Fiber Laser Cutting Machine efficiently and safely.
  • Load and unload materials onto the machine.
  • Monitor the cutting process to ensure precision and quality.
  • Perform routine maintenance on the machine as needed.
  • Troubleshoot any issues that may arise during operation.

Programmer:


  • Use Software to program cutting paths and parameters.
  • Optimize cutting programs for efficiency and accuracy.
  • Collaborate with engineers and designers to create custom cutting designs.
  • Test and debug programs to ensure proper functionality.

Maintenance Technician:


  • Conduct regular maintenance checks on the machine to ensure optimal performance.
  • Replace wornout parts and components as necessary.
  • Calibrate the machine to maintain cutting precision.
  • Keep detailed records of maintenance activities and machine performance.

Environmental Health Check:


  • Monitor environmental impacts of operating the machine, such as emissions and waste disposal.
  • Implement measures to reduce energy consumption and promote sustainability.
  • Ensure compliance with environmental regulations and standards.
  • Educate personnel on environmental best practices.

Requirements:


  • Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of sheet metal design, fabrication, and manufacturing processes.
  • Understanding of engineering standards, materials, and regulatory requirements.
