    Customer Success Manager - Hyderabad, India - Nexus Hire

    Description
    Manager Customer Success is responsible forAzure O365 Cyber Security Cloud Telephony and SecureNetwork as a Service products in dedicated existingaccounts working closely with Channel Partners and Sales teams bygenerating New Business cross selling and Upselling.
    KeyRoleDeliverablesTheCandidates will be required to sell the below product and servicesto our Existing Base :Microsoft Azure Microsoft O365SDWAN SDBRANCH Firewall as a Service (Fortinet) Email Endpoint& DLP solutions (Cyber Security) WhatsApp ForBusiness (WABA) True caller ( CPaaS)Collaboration Suites Zoom Teams MS teamsPhoneetc
    Qualification& Experience
    • Should be able to do capability presentation tocustomer and Understand IT footprint of customer as well as providebusiness solutions to thecustomer.
    • Abilityto gain a 360degree overview of the customer business landscapeduring customer conversation and bridge the gap by navigatingcustomer conversation with TTL offering and increase EnterpriseProduct per Customer.
    • TechnoCommercial Solution selling exposure and ability to bridge betweenthe Solution Architect andSales
    • TotalExperience of 6 8 years would be preferred ideally selling Azuresolutions or SDWAN Services.
    • Commercial Acumen experience in Cross Selling & UpsellingConsultative Selling preferrable with Engineering degree fromreputed university
    • Candidateswho have cleared AZ 104 AZ 700 NSE4 certificates arepreferred.
    • Should have drive for results andflair for Solution Sales
    • Proven leadershipskills and confidence to do Sr Leadership meetings with Customer.
    • Excellent Techno Commercial skills andability to public speaking and do workshops for customers.
