Skills Required:

Strong communication skills
C1/C
Graduate
Business Management or any Graduate having strong communication skills with a mindset of training.
Basic understanding and knowledge of Excel, Word, PowerPoint (Ms Office Tools)
Elementary understanding of digital media marketing and analytics is a plus, (but not a musthave.)
Having a background in training is a plus (not a must have)
Comfortable with hybrid mode
Comfortable with career clause

Annalect India Academy | Graduate Trainee Role -

2 Months Training Program
The Graduate Trainees will be trained in Talent Development
During the 2 months training period, there will be several assessments that a trainee must attempt and clear with 80% and above to successfully complete the training program.
This is a paid training program
