Job Title:
Pharma Faculty to Teach D.Pharma students


Qualification:
B Pharma with 1 to 2 years (Fresher can also apply).


Salary:
Rs.20,000/- with accommodation


Course Design:

Developing and updating the curriculum for the D Pharma program to ensure it aligns with industry trends and regulatory requirements.


Laboratory Instruction:

Supervising and guiding students in laboratory work to help them gain practical skills and hands-on experience in pharmaceutical techniques.


Assessment and Evaluation:
Designing and conducting examinations, quizzes, and assignments to assess the students' understanding and knowledge.

Mentoring and Counseling:
Providing academic and career guidance to students, addressing their concerns, and encouraging their personal and professional development.

Research and Publications:

Conducting research in pharmaceutical sciences and publishing scholarly articles in relevant journals to contribute to the advancement of the field.


Industry Collaboration:

Establishing and maintaining relationships with pharmaceutical companies, hospitals, and research organizations to facilitate internships, guest lectures, and collaborative projects for students.


Continuous Learning:
Staying updated with the latest developments in the pharmaceutical industry, regulatory changes, and teaching methodologies.

Faculty Development Programs:
Participating in workshops, seminars, and conferences to enhance teaching skills and knowledge.

Curriculum Review:
Participating in periodic curriculum review meetings to suggest improvements and updates based on feedback and industry needs.

Institutional Committees:

Contributing to various committees such as academic boards, curriculum committees, and faculty councils to actively participate in decision-making processes.


Classroom Management:
Ensuring a conducive learning environment in the classroom and handling disciplinary issues, if any.

Ethical and Professional Standards:
Instilling ethical values and professional conduct among students, emphasizing the importance of patient safety and responsible pharmacy practices.

Community Outreach:
Engaging in community service activities to raise awareness about the importance of pharmaceutical care and public health.
