MA_I_**_With relevant train level technical stakeholders (Subsystem managers, Train Architecture, manufacturing engineering):_
- _Define and ensure implementation of applicable _
_industrial requirements __(DME,_
_ __T&C, SC and Maintenance)_
_ and standards __(e.g. PRIDS, SML/SMP)_
- _Contribute to definition and implementation of project _
_industrial objectives __(e.g. Method time)_
- _Contribute to detailed implementation of project Make or Buy strategy (e.g. primary parts)_
- _Organize and coordinate _
_co-engineering activities __(e.g. BoM, zone/mountings analysis & optimization ) until CGR_
- _Supports and contribute to mounting reviews (FMR, SMR) and associated product x process evolutions until GSR_
- _Supports and contribute to detailed industrialization (e.g. work instructions, control plans) until GSR_
- _Define _
_macro industrial process __(LGR to PGR): layout, workstations, resources & skills, jigs and tools, logistic flows _
- _Supports detailed industrial process definition (PGR to GSR)_
- _Facilitate dialogue between functions and stakeholders for industrialization topics_

With chief development and project management stakeholders :_

- _Implement allocated project requirements and objectives_
- _Reports on status, risks, opportunities and issues_

With sites and métiers (e.g.

engineering, manufacturing):
interact with sites and métiers to secure project delivery (e.g. resources, expertises)_

_Educational Requirements :
__ _

- _Engineering or master's degree level education, preferably in manufacturing, mechanical, electrical or supply chain disciplines._

_Experience__ :
_

- _Around 10 years of experience in industrial operations including experiences at project level._

Extensive knowledge of concurrent engineering approaches + strong technical background encompassing both manufacturing and product development/management._

_Competencies & Skills :
_
- _Strong leadership; result-driven mindset_
- _Ability to foster communications between multiple stakeholders (product engineering, manufacturing engineering, industrial functions )_
- _Ability for negotiation, problem-solving and efficient decision-making in complex environment_
- _Ability to work across sites/functions in a multi-cultural environment_
- _Team spirit approach and good communication skills_
- _English fluent_
