Provide analytical support toexternal customers (US/global pharmaceutical clients) and internalstakeholders on various highcomplexity analyticalprojects/initiatives and help derive qualitative and quantitativeinsights
Deliver all businessrelatedtasks/activities building project documentation and knowledgerepository.
Deliver task/client deliverablesthrough a structured project management approach with appropriatedocumentation and communication through the delivery ofservices.
Work closely with engagement teams andclients to conduct highquality analysis to develop logical andinsightful results; create innovative and effectiverecommendations; and develop wellstructured highqualitydeliverables.
Take ownership of multipleprojects to drive project delivery with high quality timeliness andclient satisfaction.
Tesponsible for developingand managing internal and external relationships as appropriate(US/Global leadership client partners etc.)
Drive design and enhancement of existingservices/deliverables
Support the leadership inpursuing new business developmentopportunities.
Contribute to firmlevelinitiatives to build out the India practice such as onboarding andtraining support recruiting new team members; managing and coachingjunior team members and serving as a thought partner tocolleagues.
Develop and maintain knowledgerepositories as needed within a specific function/therapeuticarea.
Youll need tohave:
Graduate/Masters degreedegree in a relevant field e.g. Engineering Statistics Data ScienceMarketing Analytics).
4 years of experience inanalytics with a focus on pharmaceutical or healthcare marketing.Relevant work experience in campaign measurement marketinganalytics and resource optimization in the pharmadomain
Proficiency in using analytics andvisualization tools (e.g. Python R Alteryx SAS TableauPowerBI)
Extensive experience and knowledge ofadvanced Statistical models and methods and Statistical Design ofExperiments
Strong understanding of omnichannelmarketing analytics and associated strategies in the pharmaceuticalindustry (Channel and Content Affinity Field Access AlertsSuggestions NBA marketing mix omnichannel measurement customersegmentation and profiling)
Experience workingwith various pharmaceutical data sources (e.g. Rx data Hub dataDigital Promotions Anonymized patient level dataetc.).
Excellent communication skills andability to deal with unstructured realworldproblems
Proven track record of drivingdatadriven decisionmaking and optimizing marketingcampaigns.
Strong passion for understanding anddevising solutions for the current issue areas in the pharmaindustry
Demonstrated ability to coach and mentorthe junior team members and collaborate with cross functionalteams.
Ability to operate effectively in aninternational matrix environment and work with US clients in USworking hours (34 hours of overlap)
