Sales Executive - Chandigarh, India - Re'equil India Private Limited
Description
Brief Description of Duties (or attach the Job Description):Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential retail partners, including beauty stores, department stores, distributors and specialty boutigues.
Conduct regular visits to retail partners to provide product training, educate staff on key features andbenefits, and ensure optimal product placement and visual merchandising.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional strategies, events, and in-store activations to drive brand awareness and boost sales.
Educational Requirement:
Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and consumer preferences to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and insights on a regular basis.
Graduate
Coordinate closely with the supply chain team to ensure timely delivery of products and resolve any issues or concerns raised by retail partners.
Stay up-to-date with industry developments, product knowledge, and emerging trends to provide informed recommendations and insights to the team and internal stakeholders.

Demonstrated ability to negotiate and close trade terms effectively.
