Key Responsibilities:

Prospecting and Lead Generation: Identify potential customers and projects. Utilize various sources such as online databases, industry publications, trade shows, and networking events to generate leads.

Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients. Understand their requirements, address their concerns, and provide solutions that meet their needs.

Sales Strategy Development: Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and expand the customer base. Collaborate with the sales team and management to identify market opportunities and develop effective sales strategies.

Product Knowledge: Stay updated on the latest developments in the industry, including new products, technologies, and market trends. Be able to effectively communicate the features and benefits of products to customers.

Sales Presentations and Negotiations: Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations to potential clients. Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms of sale to ensure mutually beneficial agreements.

Pipeline Management: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and opportunities in the sales pipeline. Track progress against sales targets and provide regular reports to management.

Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service throughout the sales process, from initial contact to post-sale support. Address customer inquiries, resolve issues promptly, and ensure customer satisfaction.

Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams such as marketing, operations, and logistics to ensure seamless execution of sales orders and delivery of products/services to customers.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the steel industry or project sales. industrial packaging, expandable steel racks, Returnable steel racks, PP Boxes, Corrugated boxes, Line side Racks, Line feed trolleys
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.
- Excellent problemsolving skills and a proactive approach to sales.
- Knowledge of relevant industry regulations, standards, and practices.
- Willingness to travel as needed.
Salary:
₹15, ₹35,000.00 per month
