    Role- Senior Account Executive

    Experience: 3+ Years

    Location- Sector 67, Gurugram

    Fairdeal is building a data-led retail distribution network to provide a full-stack offline distribution service to brands. It is also helping regional and international brands to launch new products and enter new markets.

    Job Summary

    Be responsible for all the accounting activities for managing monthly closing of the books of accounts, GL clearing and trial balance hygiene, monthly Balance Sheet, P&L & Cash flow preparation, Bank Reconciliation, vendor agreements, fixed cost budgeting and cost optimization, vendor, and employee's payment, manage compliances on due dates, statutory and internal Lead Record to Report (RtR) and Procure to Pay (P2P) processes in SAP/ODOO/BIZOM Systems

    - Manage monthly closing activities, payable accounting, and vendor management

    - Handle purchase order and invoice processing

    - Oversee fixed cost budget management, payments, and disbursements

    - Provide support for other accounting tasks and process improvements

    - Ensure internal controls, hygiene of books, and compliance standards are met

    - Independently handle financials

    • Ensure compliance with internal control procedures, company policies, and relevant regulatory requirements.
    • Assist in internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and explanations related to accounts payable processes.
    • Conducting regular reconciliation of entire trial balance and ensure monthly clearing of GL and refrain from applying if your experience is limited exclusively to Tally.)
    - Ability to handle financials independently

    - Candidates with CA CPT preferred

    - Awareness of accounting standards

    Preferably based in Gurugram

    • Solid foundation in financial statements and accounting principles.
    • Knowledge and understanding of entire Basic Accounting, Reporting, Purchase
    • Accounting, Payment, and Reconciliation.
    • Working knowledge of finance, accounting regulations, and taxation.
    • Problemsolving find solutions and flexible to adapt solutions based on changing requirements.
    • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks.
    • Good analytical skills and attention to detail.
    • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.
    • Minimum 35 years relevant experience, of which at least 23 years in Monthly closing activities, Payable Accounting and Management role and experience in finance of Retail, FMCG, or a reputed Accounting Service Delivery Centre preferred.
    - Experience with SAP, ODOO, BIZOM is preferred. Lead Corporate Accounting functions R2R/P2P in ERP/SAP/ODOO System.
