    Description

    Position Title: Research Executive (Quantitative)

    Nature of work: Market Research Executive

    Job Location: Delhi/Mumbai

    Roles and Responsibilities:

    • to independently manage smaller simple projects as assigned by senior managers.
    • questionnaires and reports under manager's guidance
    • with Operations Team for sample and field time feasibility, supervising field completion, conducting preliminary data analysis for quality checks and pilot testing.
    • in identifying potential sampling biases and recommending solutions.
    • and maintain organized project documentation and data records.
    • identify key trends and patterns within assigned data segments.
    • in preparing data visualizations and charts for presentations and reports.
    • insights and actionable recommendations in the research report
    • updated on relevant industry trends and news through external resources.
    • collaboratively with research team members and other departments (marketing, product development, etc.).
    • strong organizational and time management skills

    Prerequisites

    • degree in Social Sciences, Statistics, Economics, Mathematics, or a related field.
    • years of experience in data analysis, mandatorily with survey research data.
    • in survey data analysis tools, example SPSS
    • analytical and critical thinking skills.
    • communication and presentation skills.
    • to work independently and as part of a team.
    • to detail and strong organizational skills.

    KEY CHECKPOINTS

    2-4 years in primary market research, questionnaire, and report writing, and data analysis

    Formatted and analyzed survey data for quality and analysis purposes using Excel or SPSS
