    A well-known public sector financial institution seeks a Chief Risk Officer for its operations in Chennai. The ideal candidate should possess a solid experience of 12 to 15 years and hold a qualification as a Chartered Accountant (CA).

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Define risk management strategies to align with the overall business direction.
    • Provide valuable guidance to senior management and the board on critical risk matters.
    • Identify, assess, and prioritize risks across different business units and activities.
    • Implement effective risk measurement methodologies and tools for monitoring purposes.
    • Establish key risk indicators (KRIs) to detect emerging risks early.
    • Devise risk mitigation strategies and controls to reduce exposure to identified risks.
    • Ensure the effectiveness of risk controls through regular reviews and testing.
