Role & Responsibilities:


  • Handling customer inquiries: The Customer Care Executive is responsible for answering customer inquiries related to product information, pricing, and any other queries related to clients wellbeing.
  • Resolving customer complaints: The Customer Care Executive must investigate and resolve customer complaints and issues, ensuring that customers are satisfied with the resolution provided.
  • Maintaining customer records: They must maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions to ensure that all information is uptodate and readily accessible.
  • Identifying opportunities: The Customer Care Executive must identify opportunities to improve customer service and suggest appropriate solutions to enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Providing product or service information: The Customer Care Executive must be knowledgeable about the company's products or services and provide relevant information to customers.
  • Handling customer feedback: They must respond to customer feedback, both positive and negative, to ensure that customers feel heard and valued.
  • Coordinating with other departments: The Customer Care Executive must work closely with other departments, such as Sales, Marketing, and Operations, to ensure that customer needs are met.

Experience

  • Client support roles for minimum 1 year
  • Proficiency in English, Hindi and one Major Indian Language
  • Ability to communicate fluently on phone
  • Experience in calling and outreach
  • Excel competency
  • Worked in a payment process building and maintenance

Pay:
₹15, ₹25,000.00 per month
