    Principal Engineer

    Job Summary : We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Principal Engineer to join our dynamic team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical background in Java, Python, data structures, algorithms, microservices, and Spring Boot. You will be responsible for leading the design and development of complex software solutions, ensuring best practices, and contributing to the continuous improvement of our engineering processes.

    Key Responsibilities :


    • Lead the design and implementation of scalable and robust software solutions using Java and Python.
    • Develop and maintain microservices architectures, ensuring high availability and performance.
    • Apply expert knowledge of data structures and algorithms to optimize code for maximum efficiency.
    • Utilize Spring Boot to create and manage web applications and services.
    • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
    • Mentor junior engineers, providing guidance and support to foster a culture of technical excellence.
    • Stay uptodate with emerging trends and technologies in software engineering.
    Who are we looking for :

    • Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent practical experience.
    • Experience coding in one or more of the following programming languages: Java, Python and/or Go Lang.
    • Experience in algorithms and data structures.
    • Experience designing, analyzing, and troubleshooting largescale distributed systems.
    • Experience with Microservices / Distributed eventbased architectures desired.
    • Ability to debug, optimize code and automate routine tasks.
    • Ability to systematically approach problemsolving and take initiative with a sense of accountability.
    • Must be able to work independently and enjoy working at a fastpaced startup environment who is
    adept at experimenting with new technologies.

    • Must have excellent communication (verbal & written), interpersonal, leadership, and problem solving skills
