    PURPOSE AND OBJECTIVES

    The SAP Adoption Service Centre is on the lookout for a skilled Business Process Consultant with a track record of successfully executing end-to-end customer-centric projects focusing on Enterprise Asset Management and SAP Service and Asset Manager.

    EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS

    As a Business Process Consultant, you need to possess extensive product knowledge and business acumen, along with the capability to lead implementation and development initiatives. Your responsibilities will include:

    • Supporting SAP's Manufacturing Industries customers with SAP implementation and development in S4 HANA Enterprise Asset Management (EAM), SAP Service and Asset Manager (SAM), and SAP Asset Manager (SSAM) both on-premises and in the cloud
    • Participating in implementation projects focusing on Equipment and Technical Objects, Preventive Maintenance, Planned Maintenance, Damage-Related Maintenance, and Maintenance Order Management
    • Demonstrating a solid understanding of the technical and functional aspects of SAP Service and Asset Manager/SAP Asset Manager's latest versions
    • Comprehending the overall architecture and components involved in SAM/SSAM's end-to-end operations
    • Knowledge of Add-on Installation and post-installation procedures for SAP Asset Manager
    • Designing and configuring full business processes, integrating with Finance, Logistics, projects, CO, and relevant FIORI APPS
    • Developing Process Definition Documents/Design Documents (PDD/BDD), Business Process Procedures (BPP) for the provided solutions, Functional specification documents, Master Data management/Cutover strategies, etc.

    EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS/ SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES

    • Experience in leading and conducting design workshops, hands-on experience in delivering Asset Management/SAP Service and Asset Manager business processes in S/4 HANA integrated with other modules
    • Hands-on experience in configuring/implementing SAP Service and Asset Manager/SAP Asset Manager is mandatory
    • Proficiency in handling relevant Master Data entities and cutover strategies
    • Familiarity with project implementation methodologies, Activate Methodology, and solution manager

    WORK EXPERIENCE

    • 3 to 6 years of overall SAP-related experience
    • Experience in S/4 Hana implementations, ideally with 4 end-to-end implementations and familiarity with S/4 Conversion
    • At least 1 to 2 end-to-end implementation projects in a customer-facing capacity
    • Exposure to diverse project delivery models like onsite-offshore, onsite-nearshore-offshore, integrated delivery model, etc.
    • Industry experience in manufacturing would be beneficial
