    Job Overview:.

    We are seeking an 8+ years experienced React Lead to join our dynamic development team.

    The ideal candidate will have a strong background in development and proven leadership skills.

    As a React Lead, you will be responsible for guiding and overseeing the development team, ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality applications.

    Responsibilities :

    Technical Leadership :

    - Lead and mentor a team of developers.

    - Provide technical guidance and support to team members.

    - Drive best practices for code development, testing, and deployment.

    Project Management :

    - Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to understand project requirements..

    - Break down project tasks and allocate them to team members.

    - Monitor project progress and ensure timely delivery.

    Development :

    - Hands-on coding and development using

    - Review and optimize code written by team members.

    Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.

    Code Quality and Standards :

    - Enforce coding standards and best practices.

    - Conduct code reviews to ensure high-quality and maintainable code.

    - Implement and improve processes to enhance code quality.

    Collaboration :

    - Foster a collaborative and innovative team environment.

    Work closely with cross-functional teams to achieve project goals.

    - Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders.

    Qualifications :

    - Proven experience as a developer with a track record of successful project deliveries.

    - Previous experience in a leadership or mentoring role.

    - Strong proficiency in , TypeScript JavaScript, and related technologies.

    Experience with state management libraries such as Redux.

    - Familiarity with front-end build tools and package managers.

    - Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.

    - Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

    - Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and collaborative environment.

    - Experienced with TDD/BDD, UI Tests, API Testing: Mocks, Stubs, using Jest and Junit.

    Preferred Skills :

    - Experience with server-side rendering and

    - Knowledge of front-end testing frameworks.

    - Familiarity with modern front-end build pipelines and tools.

    - Understanding of UI/UX principles.

    Exposure to- Architectural patterns and Clean- Architecture.

    Salary : 20-30 LPA
