Description
Key responsibilities

  • Communicating empathetically and timely with customers and helping them with their claim process quickly, fairly and easily.
  • Handling coverage investigations on losses that may be handled via fast track, virtual handling or coordinating with an onsite inspection.
  • Reviewing the policy, deciding how the coverage can be applied and providing the customer with a detailed explanation of both the estimate and the policy.
  • Conducting a detailed review of the property, writing an estimate to capture the extent of the damages and documenting the claim file with notes, evaluations and the decisionmaking process
  • Completing and reviewing contents inventory, contents pricing, and mitigation bills.
  • Right first time by effectively adding relevant data and inputs to assess estimate for the incurred loss.
  • Adhering to business standard methodologies.
  • Using data and analytics to tell a story and influence decision making.

Salary:
₹20, ₹30,000.00 per month
