Responsibilities

  • Conceive and develop efficient and intuitive marketing strategies and campaigns
  • Conducting research and analysing data to identify and define audiences
  • Compile, distribute and present ideas, information and strategies
  • Conduct market research and analysis to evaluate trends, brand awareness and competition ventures
  • Manage production and performance of multimedia content
  • Write and proofread copy for diverse marketing distributions such as brochures, press releases, website material social media pages etc.
  • Regularly update databases and use a customer relationship management (CRM) system
  • Manage social media campaigns and company pages
  • Create effective content for Twitter and LinkedIn pages
  • Monitor the performance of marketing campaigns
  • Collaborate with managers in preparing budgets and monitoring expenses

Desired Skills & Experience

  • Proven experience as a marketing executive or similar role
  • Thorough knowledge of strategic planning principles and marketing best practices
  • Adaptability and the ability to juggle multiple projects
  • Strong organisational, timemanagement abilities and planning skills
  • Proficient in MS Office and marketing software (e.g. CRM)
  • Familiarity with social media and web analytics
  • Excellent communication, people skills and ability to network
  • 23 years of proven work experience as a Marketing Associate, Marketing Assistant or similar role
  • Master's or Bachelor's degree in Marketing or relevant experience

Salary:
₹25, ₹30,000.00 per month
