Our Exciting Opportunity:


We are now looking for an Automation Architect who understands business needs and any supporting data to identify automation opportunities, define automation scope, define business case, design automation solution.

In this role you will work with project manager and automation engineer(s) to deliver the automation(s)


You will:

Be responsible for analyzing data, business needs, process gaps, business requirements, and identify automation opportunities
Define automation scope, design automation solution; driving end-to-end technical automation solutions
Work with core project team members in building business case, designing automation, assigning tasks to automation engineers, monitoring automation engineer tasks and solutions
Be responsible for designing the architecture to integrate customer devices with automation solution.

Collaborate with business and process owners to understand business issues, and with automation engineers to implement and deploy scalable solutions, where applicable.

Secure quality of completed automations.
Support deployment of automation solution
Be responsible for writing and review of technical documents and automation project related documents.
Support project managers to drive technical automation solution, timelines and level-of-efforts.
Participate in knowledge transfer, documentation and information sharing related to automation project(s)


To be successful in the role you must have:

Education:

Experience working with Automation platform(s) like Robotic Process Automations (RPA), RunBook Automations (RBA)
Knowledge of Market trends and technology relating to automations
Object-oriented design and programming skills, Scripting, Web Services, B2B Integrations, Databases experience
Architect in Automation, IT/OSS, Orchestration, BSS, or Consulting
Telecom and operator processes (e-tom), Information model (SID), TAM and IT Processes (ITIL) knowledge
Knowledge sharing and collaboration skills
Business modelling skills
Negotiation skills
