    Description
    JobDescription:We are seeking adynamic Lead ML Engineer to join our team in a remote capacityoperating within the UK shift timings of 2pm to 11pm IST. As theLead ML Engineer you will be responsible for leading thedevelopment and implementation of machine learning solutions toaddress complex businesschallenges.Responsibilities:
    1. Leada team of data scientists and machine learning engineers indesigning developing and deploying machine learning models andalgorithms.
    2. Collaborate with crossfunctionalteams including product managers software engineers and businessstakeholders to define project objectives anddeliverables.
    3. Conduct exploratory data analysisto understand patterns trends and relationships in largedatasets.
    4. Design and develop scalable machinelearning pipelines and workflows to process and analyze dataefficiently.
    5. Implement stateoftheart machinelearning algorithms and techniques to solve business problems andoptimize processes.
    6. Evaluate model performanceand iteratively improve model accuracy robustness andscalability.
    7. Ensure compliance with bestpractices for data privacy security and ethical use ofdata.
    8. Mentor and coach junior team membersproviding guidance on technical challenges and professionaldevelopment.
    9. Stay updated with the latestadvancements in machine learning research tools andtechniques.
    Requirements:
    1. Bachelors or Master s degree in Computer Science Engineering Mathematics orrelated field.
    2. 5 12 years of experience inmachine learning data science or relatedroles.
    3. Strong proficiency in programminglanguages such as Python R or Scala.
    4. Experiencewith machine learning frameworks and libraries such as TensorFlowPyTorch scikitlearn etc.
    5. Solid understanding ofmachine learning algorithms statistical methods and datastructures.
    6. Experience with cloud platformssuch as AWS Azure or Google CloudPlatform.
    7. Excellent problemsolving skills andattention to detail.
    8. Effective communicationskills and the ability to collaborate with crossfunctionalteams.
    9. Prior experience in a leadership ormentorship role is preferred.
    10. Experienceworking in a remote environment or across different time zones is aplus.
