Overview:
This position seeks an entrylevel fulltime person who is sharp canbuild a deep understanding of our customers teachers and parents inthe government school/anganwadi ecosystem.
The candidate will workdirectly with the Manager to resolve user queries and help keep theOutbound calling department run efficiently and profitably toincrease customer satisfaction and meet their expectations.
KeyResults 1.Establishing the trust and relationship with our users2. Taking ownershipof the problem and resolving them in a timely manner3. Excellentcommunication and presentation skills4. Interact withinternal team members to discuss and escalate specific customerqueries 6.Proactive approach towards support
