    Overview:

    This position seeks an entrylevel fulltime person who is sharp canbuild a deep understanding of our customers teachers and parents inthe government school/anganwadi ecosystem.

    The candidate will workdirectly with the Manager to resolve user queries and help keep theOutbound calling department run efficiently and profitably toincrease customer satisfaction and meet their expectations.


    KeyResults 1.Establishing the trust and relationship with our users2. Taking ownershipof the problem and resolving them in a timely manner3. Excellentcommunication and presentation skills4. Humble andempathetic towards lowincome smartphone users to try understand andsolve their issues using our product

    KeyActivities 1.Handle a large volume of outbound calls in a timely manner2. Identify theneeds of customers resolve issues and provide solutions.3. Meet personaltargets and work towards meeting team targets.4. Documenting allof the interactions and details of the action taken5. Interact withinternal team members to discuss and escalate specific customerqueries 6.Proactive approach towards support

    Areasof responsibility1. Daily callingtasks to be completed in a timely manner2. Must ensure theymeet all the KPI s.3. Resolve theissue as per the Customer Service Agreement and escalate in aproper way according to the escalation matrix
