Job Summary:

As an Interior Designer, you will be responsible for creating functional and aesthetically pleasing interior spaces for various residential, commercial, and institutional projects.

Your role will involve collaborating with clients, architects, and contractors to conceptualize design concepts, develop detailed plans, and oversee the implementation of interior design projects from conception to completion.

Responsibilities:

Client Consultation: Meet with clients to understand their needs, preferences, and budgetary constraints. Gather information about project requirements, including spatial layout, design style, color scheme, and furniture preferences.

Conceptual Design: Develop initial design concepts and sketches based on client input and project requirements. Present design proposals to clients and make revisions as necessary based on feedback.

Space Planning: Create detailed space plans and layouts to optimize the functionality and flow of interior spaces. Consider factors such as traffic flow, ergonomic design principles, and space utilization.

Material and Finish Selection: Select appropriate materials, finishes, furnishings, and accessories to enhance the aesthetic appeal and functionality of interior spaces. Consider factors such as durability, maintenance requirements, and environmental impact.

3D Modeling and Rendering: Use computer-aided design (CAD) software to create 3D models and realistic renderings of interior spaces. Present visual representations of design concepts to clients for approval.

Construction Documentation: Prepare detailed construction drawings, specifications, and schedules to communicate design intent to architects, contractors, and other stakeholders. Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and industry standards.

Project Management: Oversee the implementation of interior design projects from start to finish. Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and quality craftsmanship.

Budget Management: Develop project budgets and timelines in collaboration with clients and project stakeholders. Monitor project costs and expenditures to ensure adherence to budgetary constraints.

Client Communication: Maintain regular communication with clients to provide project updates, address concerns, and solicit feedback. Ensure that client expectations are met or exceeded throughout the design process.

Salary:
₹15, ₹30,000.00 per month
